It is much more than just a deal for Samantha but ensuring the highest quality of work and attention to detail is delivered to our clients. She has a genuine passion for what she does and takes immense pride in what she delivers.
Over the last 6.5 years, Samantha’s Loyalty, dedication, and hard-working ethics have seen her grow from our high school graduate receptionist to the executive assistant to our director whilst also leading and coordinating a team of eight.
As our Team Leader, Samantha has a thorough understanding of the Fraser Coast market and is consistently setting benchmark standards in residential and commercial property management in our Fraser Coast Region. Responsible for the training, mentoring, and management of a team of 10, ensuring each team member is at their best.
Over the years, Samantha’s strong understanding of IT has implemented some of the most technically advanced property management systems available. This not only creates efficiencies and minimises human error but also increased levels of customer service, minimises costs and maximises return benefits
